State Best Practices Survey

Under the direction of Past Foundation Board member Tammy White (Farrell, White & Legg) and with the assistance of members across the country, the IADC Foundation prepared a State Best Practices Survey which provides state-by-state information concerning major areas of civil practice from discovery to trial. The survey includes commentary concerning local practices and the application of those rules and statutes.

Survey of International Litigation Procedures: A Reference Guide

The Foundation of the IADC published an extensive guide that offers an overview of civil justice systems relevant to defendants and potential defendants around the world. The “Survey of International Litigation Procedures: A Reference Guide” is a question and answer survey by country that includes for each country general information about local methods of adjudication‎, alternative dispute resolution, discovery, trial procedure, experts, privilege, limitations, costs rules, jurisdiction, and other topics of interest to potential litigants.
